  • 2006 – There were some problems with the girl’s hostel toilet complex and we repaired by using that donation. At that time 1GP equal SLR.179.03 rupees and total SLR 268545.00.

  • 2016 –  Received £1,500/= converted to Rs 280.500/=. They spent the funding for infrastructure work in the school which required a major wall construction. Flooring for the external structure of the school was also improved.

  • 2021 – Two separate donations made. Total= 937,741.03 LKR
    Donation £1,500 + #£100= 689,832.48.LKR .This money was used to repair staff quarters and the vegetable field retaining wall.
    Ms. Amanda Giles chose to give her donation £575 via DABAL= 247,908.55 LKR for retaining wall repairs.

  • 2013 –  In 2013 the Dr. Reijntjes School for the Deaf received Sterling Pounds 1500/= That time it was Rs 280.500/=. They spent the funding for infrastructure work in the School and for renovating the roof of the main building.

    268.500/= We were spending this funding for 2 airconditionars in the IT Lab and for computer accessories.
  • 2022 – Spending of the Grant, a sum of Rs 700.000/=, received by the DABAL Trust UK, on June 06, 2022. 

    One Scanner – Rs   40.000/=, Two Rice Cookers Rs 30000/= , One Laptop for the smart Class Rs. 366.000/=, Six fire extinguishers (filling) Rs 36800/=,  Four Ceiling fans Rs. 48000/=, Total 520800.00 and The Balance of Rs 179.200/=    We like to spend for Food, Medicines and Educational materials for the deaf students.
